The scrupulous year round care and cultivation of our vineyards are tended to by our expert staff: Abel, Ruben, Mikel, and Felix. The harvest begins with the arrival of autumn and the winery only uses grape from its own vineyards.
Vinification: The grape is unloaded through gravity. First there is a pelicular maceration made at 10º C over the first 12 hours, thus helping to attain greater complexity and a more intense aroma.
Alcoholic fermentation: In stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16º C.
Storage: From 4 to 6 months in stainless steel tanks at 9º C.
Tasting Notes: White wine – light, clean, yellow color with hints of greenish hues. Aroma – Intense aromas of fruits and minerals. Flavor – A medium body complexity with vibrant fruit flavors which are supported with a rich mouth-feel and enlivened with the delicate acidity from the cool coastal climate of the Basque Country.
