Txakolina, is a young, refreshing, fruity white wine, made from the indigenous Hondarribi grape variety. This grape grows in The Basque Country, mostly on the hilly slopes overlooking The Cantabrian Sea. Alcoholic content is between 10,5 and 11,5º Vol.
Best served at a temperature of 8º C.
Serve from bottle into a wine glass from a maximum height of 10cm.
Once poured into the glass, this wine releases some small carbon bubbles and emits a wide range of aromas.
Suitable Food Pairing: Salads, Sushi, Seafood, Fish and White Meats.
